To complete this big family, we are looking for a Business Analyst!

✨ Your role with us

As a Business Analyst, you are the key link between business teams and IT solutions.
Your mission? Understand the needs, optimize processes, and ensure effective use of our ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (with LS Retail).

🌟 Specifically, you need to:

  • Collaborate with teams (finance, operations, IT) to understand their needs and challenges

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and technical requirements

  • Translate business needs into concrete solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Participate in the configuration, enhancements, and support of the ERP

  • Perform gap analysis between current processes and system capabilities

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

  • Support users: workshops, training, tests (UAT)

  • Contribute to change management and tool adoption

  • Participate in creating dashboards and reports (Power BI)

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability

🎯 You are the person we need if you:

  • Have a degree in Business, IT, or equivalent

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant

  • Master Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (and ideally LS Retail)

  • Have a good understanding of ERP processes (sales, purchases, stock, supply chain)

  • Are comfortable with collecting and documenting requirements

  • Have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset

  • Can bridge the gap between technical and business aspects

  • Communicate effectively with different stakeholders

  • Speak Dutch (native language), French (B2), and English (C2)

Additional assets:

  • Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

  • Knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (Locus, Openbravo)

  • Experience in retail or distribution

  • Experience in ERP implementation or migration

  • Understanding of APIs or integration

  • Knowledge of BABOK
